JVCs exclusive 4K e-shift3 combined with the three D-ILA devices produces a flicker free image with 3840x2160 resolution on-screen. The 4K enabled HDMI inputs will accept 4K 60P source material, and the built in up-conversion system will convert 1080P content into 4K. For 2014, JVC added an Intelligent Lens Aperture which results in a Dynamic Contrast Ratio of 1,500,000:1. The DLA-X900RKT is the pinnacle of performance in projection.
