Your satisfaction is our #1 Priority. Returns to Pro AV Dealer are fast & easy! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to Pro AV Dealer within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to these conditions and exclusions:
Return Instructions To return a product, an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be obtained from one of our support representatives which can be reached at 888-597-7628. If our support team is not available during normal business hours, please email us with full details as to why you want to make Your Return. Send the email to support@ProAVDealerdealer.com . A response will be emailed within 24-48 business hours. RMA's will not be issued via email, but you will be contacted via phone.
The issued RMA number must be visible on the shipping label only (no writing on the manufacturer box). Shippers will give you an option for a reference number on all labels, and that is where you should input the RMA number.
We are not responsible for any items returned without notification or without a valid RMA. You must contact us via phone or email to request an RMA and to get the correct shipping address (we have different shipping locations). The corporate address listed on your invoice is not for returns under any circumstances. We are not responsible for items returned to that address.
Eligibility Conditions
Returns must meet all applicable criteria: Please be advised if your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed below, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. Our arrangements with suppliers and manufacturers allow us no room to make exceptions. In addition, we reserve the right to charge restocking fees on any return that does not meet any of our criteria.
Unless otherwise stated, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to get a valid RMA from our website and get your product to a shipper to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 30 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the shipper (along with the valid RMA) within 30 Days.
ProAV Dealer’s 30 Day Return Policy is an exchange only (for same item) policy. We do not accept any returns for refund. All Returns that are not exchanged are subject to a minimum of a 15% restocking fee and may vary up to 35% depending on the reason as well as the condition of the return. You will not be refunded the 6% processing fee as well as any shipping costs. Please note: On Free Ground Shipping orders, there is still an associated shipping cost that will not be refunded if such an order is returned.
ProAV Dealer is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and/or RMAs.
All RMA items must be returned including all of the original manufacturer packaging, and include all manufacturer accessories as they were shipped to you.
There must be no markings or writing on the manufacturer packaging, and it must be complete and intact. Any items that do not have manufacturer packaging or accessories will be rejected by our warehouse. The item must be unaltered.
Do not remove the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA or credit request status.
Television & Oversized Freight Returns
As Customer Support is our #1 Priority we need to truly stress that fact that WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS ON TELEVISIONS OR OVERSIZED FREIGHT ITEMS. We do however Guarantee to provide you a properly working Television & or Oversized Freight item as ordered and expected. Being that these large items shipping cost are astronomical, we cannot accept any returns on these items.
Please note: If a Television & or Oversized Freight item arrives defective or requires service within 30 days of receipt, it cannot be returned, and must be serviced under the manufacturer's warranty. With most Televisions and/or Oversized Freight items this service may be done on-site, other items may be required to be taken to a repair center.
This is due to the high cost of shipping on these units--which we offer free shipping on. If service is required please contact the manufacturer for replacement or contact a ProAV Dealer representative for assistance. Contact us toll free at 888-597-7628.
Be advised that the following responsibilities are yours upon taking delivery of your television: You must carefully inspect the box your TV comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. The shipper will remove the Television or Oversized Freight Item and will return the item to us.
DO NOT REFUSE DELIVERY BASED ON A BOX THAT APPEARS TO BE SLIGHTLY DAMAGED. IT IS COMMON FOR WEAR AND TEAR TO HAPPEN TO THESE BOXES DURING SHIPPING. REFUSED Televisions or Oversized Freight Items THAT COME BACK WITH NO DAMAGED WILL BE ASSESSED A RESTOCKING FEE and Shipping Both ways. WE CANNOT COVER SHIPPING 3 WAYS ON A Televisions or Oversized Freight THAT IS NOT DAMAGED.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOU SIGN THE FREIGHT DELIVERY BILL OF LADING YOU ARE ACCEPTING FULL LIABILITY TO THE FREIGHT CARRIER'S TERMS & CONDITIONS. IN MOST CASES YOU ARE SIGNING THAT THEY ARE FREE AND CLEAR OF ANY DAMAGE OR LIABILITY TO YOUR Television or Oversized Freight DELIVERY. FOR YOUR PROTECTION PLEASE CAREFULLY INSPECT THE SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT.
If the shipper does not allow you to inspect your delivery, sign stating that he did not allow you to inspect the contents before signing for the delivery. In these cases the freight company must provide us with a 24 hour Concealed Damage Clause.
If, when the driver leaves, you un-package your televisions or oversized freight and discover damage, it is covered under our Concealed Damage Clause. WE CAN CLAIM THIS ONLY WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY, AND GET IT REPLACED TO YOU AT NO COST. Inspect the package as carefully as possible, while the shipper is there as we encounter problems even with Concealed Damage Clause. It is always best when the shipper notates damage themselves. You must sign the shipper's release form (only if you are an adult) to complete the delivery process. Your signature acknowledges that you understand this special return policy, and the condition of the TV meets your expectations and that you understand that you cannot return the TV.
Non-returnable Items
The following items are not returnable for refund. They may only be returned for exchanged for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model, if defective within 30 days of purchase.
· Any computers which are modified in any way (installations of software and/or hardware) are NON RETURNABLE under any circumstances.
· Laptop Computers, PCs, All in one PCS
· AV components such as, Receivers, Blu-Ray, DVD players, Home Theater Systems, Large Speakers, Laser Projectors
· A/V furniture: Stands, Mounts, Racks, Cases etc...
· Opened Cables: HDMI, Component, optical, composite etc...
· Power Supplies: Surge protectors, Power Conditioners etc...
· Special Order Items: Any items that need to be specially ordered will not be eligible for return, as we are not able to return them to the manufacturer. If you have received a defective special order item, please reach out to our support team for instructions on how to repair or replace the item.
Service Plans:
Once billed, service plan information is sent to the respective company regarding registration. They are not cancelable once registered under any circumstances. They cannot be returned for refund.
